In winter, you benefit from close proximity to excellent ski resorts. About 15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, a versatile ski area with 103 km of slopes, modern lifts and plenty of variety for both families and sporty skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also easily accessible (approx. 13 km); this sunny ski area boasts around 50-55 km of ski runs and offers beautiful views of the Alps.
Besides nature and winter sports, the region also offers plenty of variety. The city of Villach is nearby and invites you to spend a day shopping, enjoying a terrace or relaxing in the thermal spa.
