At an altitude of 1,800 meters, nestled in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park, lies the Schoberalm – a family-run chalet offering space for both shared moments and quiet retreat. The history of this former alpine dairy, long managed by Anna Fleißner, continues to shape the place. With meticulous craftsmanship, the chalet blends rustic charm with contemporary comfort.
Every generation finds its own rhythm here – a balance of activity, relaxation, and experiencing nature.
The day begins at the large wooden table, perhaps with a breakfast basket filled with Carinthian specialties. Inside, the chalet invites you to gather together, while outside, hiking trails begin right at the doorstep. Yoga or breathwork sessions are available upon request to complete your alpine retreat.
The Schoberalm is a place to breathe deeply – for those who appreciate nature, community, and genuine relaxation.
