The loft is accessed by steep stairs, with a child gate at the top. The shared courtyard of the housing company has a communal campfire area, perfect for atmospheric moments. There is a lockable storage room and two car parking spaces with electrical outlets. Additional equipment includes a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and blender. The apartment also offers board games for children and adults. Child amenities include a children's sled, travel cot, potty, high chair, and child booster seat. Located 65 km northeast of Kuopio, Lake Syväri is 500 meters away. A shallow, hard sandy-bottomed shared shore is 1 km away. The same building houses two other holiday apartments (15193 and 15194), making it an excellent choice for families or small groups of friends. In total, the apartments can accommodate 18 people.
