Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with rooflight with separate WC. With sloping ceilings, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace, lawn 100 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: maximum 3 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
