Terrace, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 10 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Access from the parking lot to the apartment via 7 steps. The 1st floor is mostly closed and uninhabited. At the park entrance there is a bistro/café with a sun terrace, Sunday breakfast buffet, children's cinema, table football (limited opening times outside of the season). There is also the option of using a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
