Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Balcony, terrace, lawn 100 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 5 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The fireplace is a pellet stove.
