Electric heating, air-conditioning. Balcony, terrace, lawn 100 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 5 m. Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The fireplace is a pellet stove.
