Charming Sea View Apartment in Lozen
Description
The Ancienne Gendarmerie is in a quiet side street, approx. 100 metres from the Atlantic so that you have a marvellous view over the sea and the Ile de Groix from your rooms. Le Pouldu invites you to swim and take long walks on the cliff paths. The surrounding countryside is densely wooded and there are 5 different sandy bays within walking distance. Just follow the roar of the sea to the beach!
Shopping facilities (for bread, vegetables, groceries and foreign newspapers) are approx. 2 minutes walk from the house (only open in the peak season). Outside the season there is a bakery and a grocery shop 1 km away. There are other shops and supermarkets in nearby villages and towns. It is possible to buy freshly caught fish and seafood in the small romantic port of Doelan.
Locally there is a pancake bar, restaurants, a pizzeria and cafés. A very good fish restaurant in the port of Le Pouldu is highly recommended (some catering establishments are only open in the peak season).

Nice location. For 4 people rather small. Cottage is well equipped. The sea is within walking distance (100 meters) but there are great (quiet) beaches in Guidel (next village 4 km away).
We have been here for a week in July, but have not too good weather. However beautiful surroundings and stunning coastal walks. The harbor of Doëlan is nearby and also fun to visit. From there you can cross over to Ile de Groix.Heel friendly people and co-residents, easy contact with eigenares.Het cottage is clean and spacious enough, but smells a bit musty. Wat een geweldige verblijf! Het appartement was gezellig en had alles wat we nodig hadden, inclusief een prachtig terras waar we genoten van onze ochtendkoffie, De nabijheid van het strand was een enorme plus - op slechts een korte wandeling, Zeer aanbevelenswaardig!
We had a solid stay, though we faced a few hiccups with the heating initially, However, the landlord was quick to resolve it, The location can't be beaten, just steps away from the beach!
The house was spacious and well-maintained, with nice touches like the fireplace, It made for a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed,
