The modern and light-flooded holiday home extends over two floors, with each floor forming an independent living unit. This intelligent layout is particularly suitable for families or friends travelling together, as it offers plenty of privacy, although the entire house is exclusively available to you.
The living and dining rooms are spacious, flooded with natural light and feature an open-plan kitchen, perfect for socialising, cooking and enjoying meals together. Both balconies offer breathtaking views and invite you to relax. The spacious bedrooms are lovingly furnished and two bathrooms even have an infrared sauna for additional relaxation. There is a ski bus just 300 metres away, which takes you to the extensive Kitzbühel ski area in just a few minutes. Depending on the season, the surrounding area offers a variety of activities such as winter sports, hiking or exploring the impressive sights from the Grossglockner to the Krimml Waterfalls.

On a dead-end road on the mountain, located on farmyard, even in winter fly into the house
A great cottage. There is everything necessary for life and even more. Large kitchen-dining room. There are all kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and more. The location is convenient for traveling by car and by bus. Several ski resorts can be reached easily and quickly. We really liked the house and the attitude of the owners
The apartments were very clean! Friendly hostess. More than enough towels. If you rent this accommodation with two families, then it is very nice that there is a common balcony, which can be reached from the stairwell.
The house was very nice spacious, very clean and a beautiful view! Nice hostess, nice that we could order sandwiches every day. What we regretted is that the ski bus stop was very far away, almost a km walk, up the mountain! But with the car the track was easy to reach. All in all a must for large groups.

Saunas functioning without a hitch are a nice addition. Great, quick and easy to settle on site and at Belvilla. The only slight problem is a considerable distance from the skibus. Ski areas.
