The holiday flat is located on the second floor and impresses with a spacious living and dining room, which is connected to an open-plan kitchen. Modern and flooded with light, the living area invites you to linger and relax. The balcony offers a marvellous view, ideal for enjoying the sun with a coffee in the morning or winding down the day in the evening. You also have your own infrared sauna at your disposal.
The location of the holiday flat is ideal in both summer and winter. The ski bus is just 300 metres from the house and takes you comfortably to the Kitzbühel ski area. Unforgettable days on the piste await you there. Tobogganing and cross-country skiing are also on the programme in winter. But the surrounding area also offers numerous opportunities away from winter sports. In summer, you can explore the marvellous nature while hiking or mountain biking.

Accommodation was super! On arrival we were already met by Andrea the owner. She gave us a tour through the house and extensively told about what there was to do in the area. The apartment is on a dead end road with a beautiful view. The center of mittersill is a 10-minute drive away.

Great accommodation, super clean, great view, ideal environment for children, very beautiful nature area with beautiful mountains and wonderful surroundings and very much to experience.
Beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. Apartment is very tidy, spacious and well equipped. The complex is a few kilometers outside the village, on a mountain and on a dead end. Because it is on a mountain, you have a very nice view of the surroundings. You can use a bread service, which is very convenient as you do not go to the village for a moment. Near the apartment is a small playground. It is also an excellent base for day trips in the area. The owner is very friendly and always willing to help if needed.
