The wrap-around terrace allows a first walk around the house. There is a comfortable shower room and two bedrooms on the entrance level. Water views are guaranteed, and from the master bedroom the floor-to-ceiling window provides a direct view of the harbour entrance and the passing boats... The upper floor is accessed via a comfortable staircase from the hallway and is home to the living and dining area, the central hub for the whole family. Here, too, the large window fronts offer a gigantic view of the harbour basin and harbour entrance! The open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area are integrated over an area of approx. 25 square metres. A dining table with five chairs is available in the dining area. An even better view, including of the sailing boats and yachts in the immediate vicinity, can of course be enjoyed from the 12 square metre terrace in front of the living area. However, the real highlight of these houses is definitely the 31 m² sun deck - this is enthroned above the entire area of the house and guarantees a 360 degree panoramic view of the harbour and the entire surrounding area! A total of 60 square metres of living space and 58 square metres of terrace space are available. A small Finnish sauna is located on the ground floor. Electricity and water costs are not included in the holiday price and are charged separately according to consumption.
