Apartment A Kind Of Magic - One Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View

Simple but effective, loved the private terrace.

Located close to Dubrovnik yet in a quiet area, this apartment was great for my work trip. The kitchen helped me save on meals while I could easily reach business meetings downtown in no time.

Value-wise, this place is solid. Good amenities like air conditioning and free parking made it an easy choice for budget travel while still feeling pleasant inside.

Holidays in Dubrovnik with a Kind of MagicThe apartment is very comfortable and has a terrace with a fantastic view. It has everything you need for the kitchen and the bathroom is spotless. Daniel the host is super friendly and explained to us very well how to get to different places. What you have to keep in mind is that you have to go up and down stairs.

Wonderful! 100% recommendable! The accommodation is very complete, clean and super nice. The terrace was paradise! We have always wanted to have a terrace with such beautiful views,,, In addition, they had vines, rose bushes and lemon trees, We used it every day for breakfast and almost every day for dinner, The parking is just above the house (it is signposted and reserved), And to top it off, a very cute little dog (if you are scared, don't worry, it is at the top and there is a door that prevents access, we loved it and it is very good!), Daniel, the owner, is charming, In addition, he explains and guides you on what you need, And he welcomed us with "pivo" in the fridge! :)))

I recommend buying Dubrovnik Card, it is very worth it, The apartment is great, hall, bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom, The equipment includes everything you need, fridge, washing machine, kettle, kitchen with oven, hair dryer, all necessary dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar etc., Very clean, The apartment is high up but it has its advantage because you can get there by city bus no. 3 - stop called Magistrala 2 and then you have to go down a few stairs right across the street opposite this stop, This bus goes from the Pile gate and stops at the bus station (KOLODWOR), This way you can take the airport bus from the airport to the station and then bus no. 3 to the apartment, Taxi from the airport cost in September 2022, 35 euros, From the apartment to the Old Town on foot about 20 minutes, but all the time downhill,

PerfectThe host was very friendly and welcomed us with cold beers and a tray of grapes. He gave us all the information about the city and recommendations for bars, restaurants, how to locate ourselves or move around the city, and what to visit or not at his discretion, he had also prepared a guide with all that information. The apartment was very well equipped and had very nice views.\r\n\r\nIt is not negative, but you have to take into account the number of stairs you have to climb to get to the apartment. You can get there without stairs by taking the bus, or by Uber (do not take a taxi, they charge you in cash, it is a robbery and they do not know how to get there), which leaves you on the main road just above (where the bus stop is also). It takes at most 10 minutes from the old town to the apartment. by uber and it costs about 45kn (price August 2022), very cheap, easy and highly recommended,

The apartment had a beautiful view, with the most amazing sunsets, and the owner was very nice - also the place was very clean and in really &quot,good shape&quot,, you could tell they are really keeping an eye on it, and investing in it, And extra points and thanks to Essa, was great to meet her, too :)

The apartment was really comfortable, Daniel was very kind and hospitable. If you are an athlete or are used to stairs, I highly recommend it.

Hello everybody! This location is realy great! The accommodation was located above the city of Dubrovnik, You can get in 10 minutes to the old town and all of this beuatiful places, The accommodation was well equiped with everything of daily use, The host are very nice and helpful, We got a list with many advices for restaurants and places you must see! There was even a schedule for the bus and the bsu station in the surrounding area,
