It features a covered terrace with a dining area overlooking the sea and it is located in an exclusive and very quiet complex with a communal swimming pool and beautiful gardens with direct access to the promenade.
This apartment is in a wonderful location; at the foot of the Playa del Ingles promenade and 20 meters from the lift that takes you directly to the beach. It also has access to the beach via stairs just 50 meters from the property.
All amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, beaches, pharmacies, just two minutes walk. The walk leads to the beaches of San Agustin in Las Burras and ends in Maspalomas; A very pleasant walk. This is the perfect property for a beach holiday with all amenities close at hand. This property is located in a residential area, so parties, events or any other activity that could disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited.

Overall, a pleasant experience, The Pension Anna is a simple yet comfortable place to stay, We enjoyed the nearby museums and the lovely beach walks,
A nice, comfortable place, The two bathrooms were a real bonus for our family, The living room was spacious and perfect for our game nights, Just a short drive to Randers Regnskov, which we visited during our stay,
We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in Cape Cod 201. De locatie is fantastisch, met veel winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement was netjes en we waardeerden de gratis WiFi om onze dagelijkse avonturen te plannen.
Deze plek overtrof onze verwachtingen! Het nabijgelegen strand was prachtig en we vonden het heerlijk om naar zoveel attracties te kunnen lopen. Het appartement zelf was goed onderhouden en stijlvol ingericht.
Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het bed was comfortabel en we waardeerden de netheid van het appartement. De wandeling naar het strand was kort, waardoor we gemakkelijk van de zon konden genieten.
Ons verblijf in Belvilla by Oyo Apartment Aida 202 was simpelweg heerlijk! Het appartement was gezellig, goed uitgerust en had een prachtig terras waar we genoten van onze ochtendkoffie met uitzicht op zee, De locatie is ongeëvenaard - op slechts een korte wandeling van Playa del Ingles Beach en omgeven door charmante restaurants en winkels, We hebben vooral genoten van het wandelen langs de promenade, die prachtig schilderachtig is, Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad was ook een leuke bonus! Zeer aan te raden voor een vredige ontsnapping
