This modern and fully renovated holiday home offers an idyllic retreat for up to 4 guests. The property features two cozy bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. The spacious living room connects directly to the private terrace, where you can enjoy a heated pool (available for an additional charge), sunbathing on four loungers, or dining at the outdoor table for four. The house is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi (300mbs), a Smart TV with international channels, and access to Netflix, HBO, and Prime Video. A cot and high chair are available upon request for families with young children.
Located just 250 meters from the vibrant Yumbo Shopping Centre, guests have easy access to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment options. Playa del Inglés beach is also within walking distance, offering a serene escape with beautiful sands and crystal-clear waters. The surrounding area is peaceful and residential, providing a quiet environment for relaxation while being close to the island's lively attractions.
Inside, the bungalow includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the property is kept pristine with a weekly cleaning service for stays longer than 8 nights. Please note that the heated pool option is available for an extra charge of €30 per day, allowing you to enjoy warm water during your stay. A refundable security deposit of $221.17 is required for bookings.

We hielden van de rust van het gebied, De nabijgelegen attracties, zoals Dunas de Maspalomas en Palmitos Park, waren een hit bij onze kinderen, De gastheren waren gastvrij en lieten ons ons thuis voelen
Deze plek is een juweeltje! We hebben veel tijd op het terras doorgebracht met het genieten van maaltijden buiten, De locatie is rustig, maar we waren dichtbij alles wat we wilden verkennen, Zeer aan te bevelen!
Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt hier, Der Bungalow war gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Ich meine, eine voll ausgestattete Küche? Ja, bitte! Wir haben das Abendessen auf der Terrasse unter den Sternen genossen, Außerdem super nah am Strand und der Bowlingbahn, was ein lustiger Abend war, Würde definitiv für Familien oder jeden empfehlen, der nach einem entspannten Ort sucht
Komfortabel und geräumig, mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Nah an der Playa de Maspalomas und Golfplätzen, was es ideal für unseren Urlaub machte
So ein charmantes Plätzchen! Das Innere war hell und einladend, Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt, Die Besitzer waren wirklich nett und hilfsbereit, haben uns wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, Ich muss sagen, der Tennisplatz könnte ein bisschen TLC gebrauchen, aber das spielte keine große Rolle, da wir die meiste Zeit am Pool verbracht haben, Insgesamt ein fantastischer Ort für einen kleinen Rückzugsort
Deze plek voelde als thuis, de woon-eetkamer was ruim en we waardeerden de goed uitgeruste keuken, de locatie is geweldig, dichtbij een supermarkt en niet ver van het prachtige strand van Maspalomas
