The apartment, located on the ground floor, was completely renovated in 2019 and features modern furnishings. The elegantly furnished living room, modern kitchen, and modern bathroom are just some of the highlights. The living room leads to the garden, where you can enjoy the surroundings on the sun-drenched terrace. The two bedrooms each have a double bed, and one of them also has a bunk bed. You can park your car in the underground garage.
The major ski resorts such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waidring-Steinplatte, and Ellmau-Scheffau are in the immediate vicinity. A small, family-run ski resort is located directly in Kirchdorf. In summer, you can explore the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. The Kaiserquell wellness center is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and the Wilder Käser cheese dairy is just a few minutes' walk away. The spring-fed fish ponds in nearby Schwendt offer fishing fun for the whole family. There are also indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts.
