The flat is located in a well-kept complex, quite directly on the black sandy beach 'Playa La Arena' in the idyllic holiday resort of Puerto Santiago, and delights with its large, beautifully furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.
