Four apartments in a private house in a great location on the beach. All apartments have a balcony or terrace - some even with a sea view. In the well-maintained garden there is a barbecue for cozy evenings as well as sun loungers to relax. It is only a few steps to the beach with a bathing platform and sandy sea bottom, and a section with a shallow pebble beach is also situated in the same bay. The island of Vir is located in the northwestern part of Dalmatia. It is one of about 300 islands in the Zadar archipelago. The metropolis Zadar is about 30 kilometers away. Your holiday home is located in the center of Vir: a wide range of restaurants, varied sports and recreational opportunities and of course beautiful beaches promise a great holiday. You can easily reach Vir by car, as the island is connected to the mainland by a bridge. However, during your holiday you can leave your car with peace of mind because everything is close by, such as restaurants, shops and of course the beach.

Activities nearby: Along the approximately 32 kilometers long coast of the island of Vir has one beach after another. Exciting leisure activities such as water polo, jet skis, boat rentals and much more await active holidaymakers. The island is also made for long walks and bike rides. Excursions to the islands nearby and the national parks of the region are always a good choice, and last but not least a canoe ride on the Zrmanja river in the foothills of the Velebit mountains.

Verblijven in Huis Liveric was een genot! De locatie is fantastisch, vooral voor strandliefhebbers zoals wij, We genoten van het ondiepe kiezelstrand voor onze kinderen en de zandsecties waren net zo leuk, De nabijgelegen attracties, zoals Kastelina Kasteel, waren gemakkelijk te bezoeken, waardoor onze dagen vol avontuur waren, De eigenaren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij, en zorgden ervoor dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden, We zouden zeker terugkeren voor een andere ontspannen vakantie!
De locatie is fantastisch - slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand waar we genoten van zwemmen en zonnebaden, Het appartement was eenvoudig ingericht maar had alles wat we nodig hadden, Het was een beetje verouderd, maar dat stoorde ons niet
Ik ben een beetje geobsedeerd door deze plek! Schone, gezellige appartementen met alles wat nodig is voor een gezin of vriendenuitje, Het gebied heeft schattige cafés en leuke activiteiten zoals jetskiën, Perfect voor het maken van die zomerse herinneringen
Een heerlijke retraite! De gastheren waren ongelooflijk vriendelijk en gastvrij, De woonkamer was ruim nok for ons om te ontspannen na een dag verkennen, We hebben ook genoten van de lokale eetgelegenheden in de buurt
Świetna lokalizacja przy plaży — zaledwie kilka kroków! Piaszczyste dno było idealne dla naszych dzieci, a my uwielbialiśmy pobliskie restauracje, Apartament był przytulny i miał miły, domowy klimat, Nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń
Alles was bevredigend tijdens ons verblijf, De appartement was functioneel en comfortabel, Het was fijn om een wasmachine te hebben, vooral met kinderen, De toegang tot het strand was een grote plus
