The villa surrounded by a nature with good mushroom and berry fields and good possibility for jogging in the forest. 90 km north-east of Tampere, Lake Kuorikkajärvi 25 m (length 0.6 km, width 0.2 km), hard, sloping sandy bottom, pier and rowing boat. Log cottage 2017, living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, both with double bed, dressing room, washroom (toilet) sauna with electric stove, separate toilet, large terrace with a dining table. There are four single beds on the loft. Mechanical ventilation, 2 refrigerators. Air source heat pump in the main cottage. A separate, well-equipped beach sauna (25 m²), with a wood stove, a sauna room (air heat pump) and a sleeping loft. Large terrace. There is an 8-person wood-heated hot tub next to the beach sauna, which can be rented for an additional fee of €150 for 2-3 days and €250 for 4-7 days (prices from summer 2026). Order in advance and pay to the owner upon arrival. The hot tub is filled with lake water from a water dispenser. Includes firewood and active oxygen tablets for sanitation. The use of chlorine is strictly prohibited! Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers. Beds for 8 persons, but you can ask the owner the possibility for extra beds.
