This beautiful apartment for up to 4 people is located in an apartment house in Sankt Margarethen in Salzburgerland, the valley town in the top ski area Katschberg, and right on the slopes in the Katschberg-Aineck ski area.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a beautiful living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom. Below the apartment complex there is a covered garage with 1 parking space per apartment. The apartment also offers a ski storage room with ski boot warmer, a washing machine and dryer, and a terrace with direct access to a large, south-facing garden equipped with garden furniture.
Nestled between the local mountain Aineck and the Grainwald, St. Margarethen is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in the Salzburg Lungau in summer. There are around 60 mountain lakes such as the Prebersee or the Schlierersee, the Lungau/Katschberg golf club is in the immediate vicinity of the city center and for swimming fun you can visit the St. Margarethen bathing pond, the public swimming pool in St. Michael or the bathing island in Tamsweg.
In Sankt Margarethen im Lungau you can particularly enjoy the Katschberg-Aineck ski area. This ski area offers 70 kilometers of slopes and 16 lifts. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to 3 other ski areas in the Salzburg Lungau: the Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern ski areas with a total of over 200 kilometers of slopes.
There are numerous shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants in the town. You can reach the state capital Salzburg by car in around 1.5 hours.

The accommodation is clean and equipped with the necessary conveniences. The location of the apartment is good. There is a view of the mountains and slopes. And the terrace at the apartment is spacious. In the immediate vicinity there are many possibilities to go out. In short, a nice, clean and spacious apartment in a beautiful environment. Unfortunately, there is also one minus, in the Belvilla advertisement it is mentioned an apartment with a jacuzzi. The latter is not justified because, according to the manager of the complex, this apartment has not had a jacuzzi for at least a year! This would have been communicated with Belvilla, but has not (yet) been adjusted. For us, the absence of this jacuzzi was not a problem, but if you explicitly choose this apartment with this option, you will be disappointed. Another point is that we have experienced this apartment as fully-fledged. The owners opt for quality furnishings and want to offer a complete apartment. It is all the more incomprehensible that for a week's stay (7 nights) you only get 2 towels per person! Assuming most people shower daily, 2 towels is far too little. Having to shower with one towel 3 to 4 times is far from hygienic. And also simply does not match the quality that the apartment stands for.

The service from Belvilla was very good in every way. Nice, very clean apartment. Everything was fine. We had a very nice holiday and would like to come back.
The apartment was offered for four people. However, we felt it was more of a double apartment. Decorated as a holiday. Kaal.In not cozy and the bathroom too little accommodation for four people.It is desirable to create a cabinet with some leg and hanging options. Incidentally treks made in the area. !

For the 2nd time in this apartment, but the only tenants. Summer walks and snow, unfortunate that in this area the elevators, in this period are not in operation. Excellent apartment, very friendly reception.
