The property is a semi-detached house. Mine is one half that I rent out and live in. The house is situated between two small bays. The closer one is 80 metres away and has more gravel, the other bay is 100 metres away and has more sand. The house is in the second row from the beach, behind the pine trees. The holiday flat on the top floor is approx. 62m² in size and can accommodate up to four people. The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide) and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a cosy sofa bed for one person in the large dining and living room. A dining table invites you to eat together. The open-plan kitchen is also located here and is equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a coffee machine, there is also a fridge, a gas hob, a toaster and a kettle. A bar counter invites you to socialise. You can see the sea through two windows in the living room. There is also air conditioning in the living room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom and a separate WC. The area surrounding the house is quite green. Within a radius of 100 metres there are many bathing opportunities with sand, gravel, concrete and stone beaches. There is also a barrier-free access point. The restaurants and shops are also not far away, about 150-250m. The centre is 1100m away. Guests have three bicycles, a canoe duo and a cot at their disposal.
