This tastefully and comfortably furnished flat is located on the 1st floor of a small residence, just a stone's throw from the fantastic sandy beach of this popular seaside resort. From the balcony you can already see the sea and, depending on the tide, decide whether now is the right moment for a refreshing swim. Particularly practical, especially in the high season, is also the private car parking space on the terrain of the residence.
The popular seaside resort is located on the bay of St. Brieuc, on one of the most beautiful beaches in North Brittany. On the long beach promenade, you can enjoy a beautiful view of picturesque beach villas from the early 20th century towards the land and a magnificent view over the water and passing sailing or fishing boats towards the sea. Every Tuesday you can buy fresh fish, fresh Breton vegetables and regional specialities at the colourful weekly market. A golf course, a tennis court and a riding ground, as well as the water sports centre, the indoor swimming pool or the bicycle rental service provide for sporting activities during your holiday. There are many attractive excursion destinations along the magnificent emerald coast, as far as the impressive Cap Frehel, the charming seaside resort of Dinard or the famous corsair town of St Malo.

Deze plek overtrof onze verwachtingen! De nabijheid van het zandstrand was ongeëvenaard, De eigenaar was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het appartement had alle basisbehoeften, Zou graag terugkomen!
We hadden een heerlijke tijd hier! De locatie is fantastisch, dicht bij het strand en de lokale markt, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden, en we waardeerden het om een parkeerplaats te hebben, Zou het zeker aanbevelen!

Bon endroit dans sin Gesamtheit, C'est confortable et dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour, Le parking privé était super pratique, surtout pendant la haute saison, J'ai adoré être si près de la plage et de la promenade, Parfait pour une escapade relaxante!
