Small semi-detached house with private garden area, pleasantly quiet location in a cul-de-sac. The resort's white sandy beach can be reached quickly on foot or with the free shuttle bus. From the long waterfront promenade you can enjoy beautiful views inland of the picturesque Art Nouveau beach villas and towards the sea a wonderful view of the water and the passing sailing or fishing boats. The small, almost urban seaside resort is located in the Bay of St. Brieuc on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Côtes d'Armor. Every Tuesday you can buy fresh fish, Breton vegetables and regional specialties at the colorful weekly market. Free shuttle buses run in the High season to the beaches.The commune of Val-André includes the hamlet of Pléneuf, located on a hill about two kilometers from the coast, and the beautiful fishing village of Dahouët with its marina, golf course, tennis court and riding school, as well as the water sports and wellness center, the indoor swimming pool and the bike rental offer sports activities on holiday.Around Pléneuf-Val-André there are many seaside resorts with a variety of leisure activities, lively port cities and many small, typically Breton towns, such as Lamballe, Moncontour or the medieval one Dinan We recommend drives along the coast to the impressive Cap Frehel, the beautiful Emerald Coast, the pirate town of St Malo, the oyster port of Cancale or the charming little resort of Dinard.

Everything was just right—clean, spacious, and well-decorated, We had a fantastic time, and the proximity to the beach made it even better!
What a lovely place! The holiday home is beautifully decorated, mixing traditional and modern styles perfectly, Just a short walk to the beach, we spent our days enjoying the sun and the sea, Highly recommend the barbecue area for evening meals!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met het verkennen van het nabijgelegen vissersdorpje Dahouët. De jachthaven en de golfbaan maakten onze reis nog leuker.
