The "Strandpromenade" holiday flat is located on the 3rd floor of the "Atlantic" beach villa. The Binz beach promenade and the beautiful beach are right on the doorstep. Here you can (seasonally) use your own beach chair free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. Two hire bikes are also included. The south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy the sun from midday, offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Binz. The holiday price includes all utilities (heating, water and electricity) and the beach chair on the beach (from May to September). The holiday flat has a baby cot with separate mattress and a height-adjustable high chair. This equipment can be booked free of charge if required. The house is also ideally suited for longer stays with a car and bicycle parking space at the house, and the house also has a reception where you will be warmly welcomed and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
