Enjoy the unique experience of having a marvellous lake view directly from the flat. Our flat is not only an ideal retreat for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, but also offers direct access to a wide range of leisure activities in both summer and winter. The 45 m² flat is located on the 1st floor and is lovingly furnished. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a cosy living room with a kitchenette and a flatscreen TV, as well as a bathroom with WC and shower. The entrance hall is also equipped with a cloakroom. The highlight is the furnished balcony or sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing. Breakfast can be booked on site on request and a sauna is also available for a fee. Outside, you will find a beautifully designed terrace with garden furniture and a parasol, perfect for enjoying the idyllic view. There is also a charcoal barbecue at your disposal. The country-style guest house has its own access to the lake, which can be shared and gives you free access to the beach. Car parking is available directly at the house.
