This attractive, child-friendly apartment with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Zeedijk and the church is located in the center of the Zeeland village of Zoutelande. The completely ground floor apartment is located on the second floor and has its own private parking space. The beach is at your feet, within a few minutes you step on the beautiful beach of Zoutelande, the beach with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. Via the stairs you reach the hall of this light, neutrally furnished apartment. The living room is arranged around the flat screen television with a sitting area with a double sofa and two separate armchairs. There is sufficient storage space in the cupboards and the coffee table. The corner kitchen has a cozy sitting area at the bar and also a dining table with space for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a hob, combination microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), toaster and dishwasher, you can also enjoy cooking in your holiday home. A cup of coffee or tea is easily made using the Senseo coffee machine and kettle. The first bedroom in the ground floor apartment is equipped with a box spring (180x200cm) with two single mattresses, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two separate single box springs (90x200cm) and bedside tables. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower and sink with storage space. Between the bathroom and the separate toilet, there is a storage room with washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner. At the rear of the accommodation you reach the cozy terrace with a table and 4 chairs through the kitchen. Are you coming to celebrate your holiday with small children? Then there is a folding baby cot and a high chair for our smallest guests. Your pets are also very welcome, in this apartment there is room for a maximum of 2 four-legged friends.

This was a perfect base for our trip, The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, and we loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach, Great for families with small children!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het vakantiehuis! Het uitzicht op de kust van Zoutelande was adembenemend, vooral tijdens zonsondergang. Het appartement was ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden om ons thuis te voelen.
