Wristband Policy for Rentals and Visitors

Wristbands are provided to tenants according to the number of registered occupants per apartment. They grant access to shared facilities, including the Crystal Lagoon, pools, gym, and common areas.

• The cost of a visitor wristband is €60 per day per person.

• Services reserved for residents (such as designated sun loungers) are not included in the rental or visitor access.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
This will be held as a credit card pre-authorization and will be released after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
