You will first discover the living area, comprising a lounge furnished with a sofa bed providing an additional sleeping space, comfortable armchairs, and a television, all with direct access to the balcony.

The dining room is an extension of the lounge, adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals: oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher are all at your disposal.

In the sleeping area, in addition to the sofa bed, you'll find a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). The bathroom includes a washing machine and an iron, should you need them.

For parking, you can use the lot located directly across from the residence, as shown in the photos.
