Exquisite 4th-floor apartment with beautiful views, in a ski-in/ski-out residence offering numerous convenient amenities. The apartment features Wi-Fi, a television, and a fireplace in the living room, as well as a sunny south-facing balcony overlooking the Flaine ski area.
A well-equipped kitchenette leads to a spacious living room which opens onto the balcony with an outdoor seating area. The double bedroom has ample storage space and mountain views, with a door leading to the balcony. The bathroom opposite the bedroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. The double sofa bed in the living room easily converts into a single bed, accommodating up to four people.
All rentals include use of covered parking for one vehicle, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning, as well as access to the residence's swimming pool and sauna, and ski-in/ski-out access directly from the ski lockers onto the private slope located behind the building.
In summer, the Flaine Summer Pass is included for all stays of 7 nights or more.
