The building features a communal swimming pool and a children's pool on the rooftop, offering stunning views of the Costa Brava. Sheets are included in the rental price, and towels can be added for a small fee of 5 € per person. Please note that while there are stairs before accessing the building, there is a lift available from the first floor. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heating and offer Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy dining at the El Volanti restaurant.
