This 40 m² apartment (renovated in May 2023) and its private garden features a double bedroom (2 single beds) and a sofa bed (140 cm), accommodating up to 4 people.

It includes a living room with a kitchen. An open-plan living area equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel right at home: hob, fridge-freezer, small oven, French press, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. The TV lounge overlooks the garden. A shower room and separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and access to the outbuilding with a washing machine and storage for two bicycles are provided.

You will have two secure parking spaces on the grounds of the residence.
