This 28m² semi-detached house features a double bed (140cm) on a mezzanine and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people.

It comprises an open-plan kitchen with induction hobs and all the necessary appliances to make you feel right at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, small oven, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle). A living/dining room with a TV opens onto a terrace and the garden and features a sun awning. A shower room with a separate WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, washing machine, and garden furniture (garden furniture and an electric grill) are also provided.

Enjoy the (unheated) swimming pool offered by the residence. June 15th to September 15th. You have a private parking space just steps from your accommodation.
The rental is located 1 km from the beach and marina of "La Noëveillard," with its bars, restaurants, boat trips, and shuttles to Noirmoutier (July & August).
