Description
Less than 700 m from the rocky coast, located in one of the most enchanting bays of Fontane Bianche, with crystal clear water which offers ideal diving conditions and less than two minutes by car from the white sandy beach, this beautiful property is located within a very well-kept plot of approx. 850 sqm. The apartment provided for a total of five people is on the first floor of a Mediterranean villa newly built in June 2023 with a saltwater infinity pool.
The lower floor is occupied by the owner, who does not always use it as his residence during the low and mid season. The owner will not affect the privacy of the guests.
Access to the apartment is via a separate door after passing a common pedestrian gate.
Eighteen comfortable steps, divided into two flights of stairs, lead to the apartment on the first floor with a living space of 85 sqm. This is lovingly and comfortably furnished for five people.
The owner will not use the pool with the guests, so that they can use the pool freely.
Sights such as the nature reserve of Cava Grande (15 min.), Pantalica (40 min.) or Vendicari (20 min.) are easily accessible from here

-Deposit (300€) to be paid in cash (refunded on departure day)
-Use of the pool (1.5.-31.10.25 On request, use of the pool is also possible before 01.05.25 and after 31.10.25 for an additional charge
-Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility

Ons verblijf in dit appartement was fantastisch! Het balkon bood een schitterend uitzicht op de Noordelijke Alpen en we vonden het geweldig dat het dicht bij de skipistes lag. Perfect voor een uitje met het gezin!
Infinity pool is geweldig! Perfect voor foto's, Dichtbij de coole plekken van Syracuse zoals het Griekse Theater, Alles wat je nodig had was hier—geen cap, Zou zeker terugkomen!
