I had a lovely stay in this charming studio! The location in the Sentier district is perfect for exploring Paris, Everything is within walking distance, and the local vibe is just fantastic,

Low-key obsessed with this spot! The decor is cute and totally Instagrammable, Plus, being in the heart of Paris means endless exploring, 10/10 would stay again!

The location of the apartment is truly great, I would suggest it if you're looking to stay in the heart of Paris

Clean and comfortable place in a fantastic area, The only downside was the size, but it was perfect for our short stay, Would recommend to friends!

Our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable! Despite its size, the place is quite spacious and is incredibly close to the metro, restaurants, and grocery stores, The host was very clear with instructions and allowed us to check in late at no extra cost, The neighborhood is vibrant and walkable, with areas like Le Marias, Latin Quarter, and Gare du Nord nearby, However, keep in mind that the apartment's stairs are quite steep (especially when carrying a large suitcase), the shower has difficulty maintaining a warm temperature, and there are no bowls (although there are plenty of plates!), I'd definitely stay here again!

Very welcoming studio apartment, spacious for two people and very bright, Too bad there is no elevator and the stairs are spiral and very narrow, For the rest the host was very helpful, any request was immediately fulfilled, A flaw? That when I asked for a fan, rather than asking me if he could come in and leave it in the apartment, I found it already inside when I returned, I would have at least asked for "permission", For the rest we had a really good stay, I recommend it!

The stay was excellent and the apartment is superbly located, Perfect for 2 people, it's highly convenient to visit restaurants, bakeries, catch the metro and so forth, The communication with the host and the instructions provided were also commendable, The only minor issues were the inadequate internet speed and the room being a bit dusty upon arrival - but overall, it was an exceptional stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Great lodging for a pair, Throughout my visit, there was a stench of sewage emanating from the lavatory, Had to constantly keep the bathroom door shut, The accommodation is centrally situated and near to the subway,

The sofa bed needs replacing because a section of the mattress is saggy and uncomfortable, There are not enough hooks to hang clothes and bath towels in the bathroom, and the closet is too small, It also lacks kitchen utensils such as spatula, ladle, bowl, salad bowl,

The accommodation meets the description, clean and with a good location regarding connections, close to several metro lines, supermarkets and fast food if necessary, The area seemed a bit unsafe at night, but that's like all of Paris, we traveled with my baby and that was the feeling although we had no problems, A negative point is the spiral staircase leading to the apartment, too narrow for a baby and a stroller, but overall, the evaluation is positive, the apartment has everything you need,

The location was excellent, The owner was accommodating and accountable, We highly recommend it,

Everything was wonderful!! The apartment is excellent!! privileged location, metro station on the corner, we walked to the Louvre, very clean and organized, well equipped, several markets nearby, Sensational!!!

This apartment was fantastic! Ideal location just a 2-minute walk to the subway, with many cafes and restaurants nearby, The layout of the space is wonderful and the washing machine was excellent, The large windows provide a nice view of the street, and the bed was extremely comfortable, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Great spot with all the essential facilities conveniently placed in the room! As a very critical person, I must say, great apartment, very clean and top location! I can only recommend it!

The apartment is small but has everything you need to be comfortable, The shower works very well with hot water and good pressure, The bed is very comfortable, You have plenty of pillows and duvet in case you get cold in winter, The heating works perfectly and gives a lot of heat, perfect for cold winter nights, The check-in and check-out are perfect following the instructions they send to your phone, no issues, The location is unbeatable, You are 20 minutes walk from almost everything important, Metro is 2 minutes away, You have supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars on the next street, I definitely recommend it,

Such an amazing studio in an ideal location, Extremely tidy and exactly as advertised, I would happily book this place again!

The apartment is just like the photos, we really liked it! It is very comfortable, renovated and very new, The shower is large and with a lot of water pressure, the bed is very comfortable, We lacked some details for cooking and washing up that we had to buy, but otherwise, everything very well equipped, The location is fantastic! With the metro very close by, although we walked almost everywhere!

The location and connections to public transportation (metro/bus) are ideal, Around the studio, you can find everything your heart desires (restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, etc,), The studio is as shown in the pictures, It is very lovingly and with attention to detail, The communication with the host was very pleasant and super uncomplicated, It will definitely be booked again on our next stay in Paris, We can only recommend it,

The accommodation is a bit smaller than it seems but still comfortable! It is well located, close to shops, bus stops, and metro stations, The accommodation is located between two quite calm streets, so it is not very noisy even though some external noises can be heard, Communication with the owner is done through a concierge but when we had a problem with the lock, the owner was very responsive,

The apartment is very pleasant and the check-in and check-out process is extremely easy, The location is also vibrant and convenient due to its excellent connection to the rest of Paris, It may not be ideal for a prolonged stay (we were there for 6 days), Providing salt, pepper, oil, and trash bags in advance would enhance the apartment's suitability and make it feel less like a hotel room,
