The location of the apartment is truly great, I would suggest it if you're looking to stay in the heart of Paris
Our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable! Despite its size, the place is quite spacious and is incredibly close to the metro, restaurants, and grocery stores, The host was very clear with instructions and allowed us to check in late at no extra cost, The neighborhood is vibrant and walkable, with areas like Le Marias, Latin Quarter, and Gare du Nord nearby, However, keep in mind that the apartment's stairs are quite steep (especially when carrying a large suitcase), the shower has difficulty maintaining a warm temperature, and there are no bowls (although there are plenty of plates!), I'd definitely stay here again!
Very welcoming studio apartment, spacious for two people and very bright, Too bad there is no elevator and the stairs are spiral and very narrow, For the rest the host was very helpful, any request was immediately fulfilled, A flaw? That when I asked for a fan, rather than asking me if he could come in and leave it in the apartment, I found it already inside when I returned, I would have at least asked for "permission", For the rest we had a really good stay, I recommend it!
The stay was excellent and the apartment is superbly located, Perfect for 2 people, it's highly convenient to visit restaurants, bakeries, catch the metro and so forth, The communication with the host and the instructions provided were also commendable, The only minor issues were the inadequate internet speed and the room being a bit dusty upon arrival - but overall, it was an exceptional stay and I would definitely recommend it!
The apartment was extremely cozy and well-lit, The location could not be more perfect, We absolutely adored it and we will certainly return next year,
