Floor heating, wireless internet (Wi-Fi, the speed of 5 MB), flat screen TV 52 ". Possibility to charge the electric car with fast charging, 1 power plug. Next to the cottage (5 m away) is a little cottage (24 m²), which in the owner's occasional maintenance use, not for customers.
