Fantastic flat and exceptional location,
The Airbnb is ideally located for visiting Paris, Nevertheless, it is located right next to a Burger King and the ventilation system is directly in front of the bedroom windows, Thus, the noise is constant, It's something you can get used to, but opening the windows is not an option, Also, one of the bathrooms has a somewhat unpleasant odor coming from the drain, Overall, the Airbnb is in good condition and I would suggest it for booking, unless you're sensitive to noise during the night,
The apartment is incredibly comfortable and perfectly located, However, to access the accommodation you have to climb a very narrow and steep staircase, there is an elevator but it lands one level higher, The place was adequately equipped without extra items, There were some aspects of cleaning and maintenance to improve but overall it was fine, I would have liked a warmer or more fluid communication with the host, The air conditioning never worked and they did not bother to provide the missing remote control for the air conditioners, Despite this, it was cold and the heating worked perfectly well,
Great location with plenty of activities! Spotless! Would definitely suggest it to someone else, Not the most convenient with young kids but we managed!
