The adjoining building was undergoing construction work and it was extremely loud,
The location was fantastic, Although the WiFi wasn't the best, the place was otherwise exceptional! We had a few issues with the air conditioning and the lockbox, but Paula was extremely quick to respond,

Our stay in this ideally located venue was wonderful, Being situated above a Burger King and opposite a Monoprix, we experienced a bit of noise due to early morning deliveries, but the noise level was predictable for such a location, We were surrounded by dining options and tour bus stops, Walking up the road to the Arc de Triomphe, we were treated to a stunning view of Paris, The apartment was surprisingly spacious, perfect for our family of 6, We encountered a few issues with one of the bathrooms, but the hosts promptly resolved them and offered a suitable discount for the inconvenience, We would love to stay here again! The only suggestion I would make is to include a dryer as washing clothes was a bit challenging,
Pros: The location is excellent and perfect for tourists, There may be a bit of morning noise from the deliveries at Gallerie Lafayette, but it's a small inconvenience for an otherwise great area, The apartment is spacious and well-organized, The bathrooms are nice and the team has good communication, Cons: The WiFi is awful, reminiscent of the early 2000s dial up, Don't stay here if you need fast or reliable internet, There were issues for the first three days and the team claimed it was a network outage, but my network information said otherwise, The key lockbox at the apartment door is difficult to use, so you'll need patience if you're sharing keys with a group, Watch out for mice! Other people have said this is normal, but I've stayed in several AirbnBs in Paris and have never seen so many brazen rodents, Being above a Burger King might be the reason, The kitchen is basic and could use a bread knife and ice tray,
