The studio is nice and well located, However, the cleaning could be more meticulous and the jacuzzi needs repair for faster filling,

The trip went wonderfully! The only small problem is that it takes a little time to evacuate the condensation produced by the jacuzzi,,, but opening the window is still a good alternative!

The beds were broken, but we were immediately offered another and better home, Good host

The short stay was impeccable, including the jacuzzi and the various amenities (towel, small product,,,,) The schedules are very flexible, ideal for adapting later, The only small drawback is the noise from the street, but it remains low,

The place is ideally located, secure and in close proximity to public transit, Getting to touristy places is easy and quick, The host kept in touch regularly, Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try out the jacuzzi,

Everything is fine, but the bathroom needs more detailed cleaning,

The accommodation is compliant, but the evacuation of the steam produced by the jacuzzi is slightly difficult, The bedding is comfortable, but the box spring makes a lot of noise, as also in the street during the night

Such a charming petite apartment located in the center of Paris! It's a serene retreat with a jacuzzi, just a few moments away from lively streets and bustling eateries, The space is snug and the tub is a delight after a day full of city exploration, Looking forward to returning soon!

We are very satisfied with staying at this place, Everything is within walking distance! Auchan supermarket, metro, restaurants and pubs, two multilevel parking lots for cars, We walked a lot, 15-20 minutes to the Opera, Moulin Rouge 5-10 minutes, Thank you for such wonderful apartments and our excellent impressions!!!

My wife went on a short trip to Paris and selected Joffrey's flat for our accommodation, The flat is fantastic and we had a wonderful time there, The few queries we had were promptly and courteously addressed - even when we returned to the flat close to midnight and the lock was faulty, we received a call back in less than ten minutes and were inside the flat shortly after, Exceptional service! Overall, we can highly recommend staying at Joffrey's place, It's really lovely and conveniently situated with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, along with a metro station for easy access to the city center,

Great location! Clean, safe, and easy street access, The place was adorable and nicely kept, There is no air conditioning and it's a bit small with a big hot tub in the common area, If that works for you, this is the ideal place to stay, Suitable for 1-2 people, All in all, a pleasant stay! We might return!
