In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bus stop "Clinica Roca" 650 m. Object suitable for 2 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
