Luxurious villa with dishwasher, only 500 m. from the sea
Description
The modern, luxury Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort is still under construction.
Recently, two new types of detached, modern accommodations have been added to our offer, spread out over the resort.
There's a 6-person ground-floor lodge (NL-4504-28) with three bedrooms, two of which with two single box-spring beds each and one with a bunk bed. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. There's a Smart TV in the living room. There's one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. In the storage room, there's a washing machine and a dryer. There's parking space for one car at the lodge.
There also is an 8-person villa (NL-4504-29). On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with Smart TV, an open plan kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. There are two bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet. One of the bathrooms features an infrared sauna. There's a washing machine and a dryer. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa.
Both accommodations are fully furnished, in a modern and comfortable way. The open kitchen is fully equipped. a combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. You'll have a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle at your disposal. All beds, apart from the bunk beds, are single box-spring beds, either pushed together in a double-bed setup, or left as two separate beds. All accommodations offer free WiFi. Outside, you'll find a garden and a furnished terrace.
The swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from Monday 1 December 2025 until Friday 5 December 2025 at 15:00.

The house was well and attractively furnished (except for towels) and completely fenced in, which was great for our dog. The park is very well kept and clean and the nearby beach is beautiful.
Beautiful and new Park of Roompot. Close to the sea and beach, beautiful swimming pool, fully equipped and for all ages. Cottage was modern and large, good beds and showers (3x!). Beautiful large garden and outdoor set. The weather was nice when we were there, so that was very nice. TV had a chromecast and that is very easy. Close to Bruges too, very nice city. Unfortunately, the house was not ready in terms of cleaning when we arrived. Belvilla's information was from 3 p.m., but Roompot itself uses 4 p.m. But in the end the house was ready at 4:40 pm. Staff shortage according to Roompot's statement. Unfortunately it was not really clean either; lots of dust under the beds. Raised this at reception and they would have it looked at. By booking with Belvilla we could not enter the pool with a QR code, but it was not much trouble to get a ticket for the pool at the information point. Roompot's information about the activities is sometimes not completely up-to-date. For example, there is not the possibility to swim laps all day, but from 9-10 o'clock. And we had to reserve the bowling alley at the Roompotpark Cadzand, but it was expensive and no longer fully maintained.
I liked the park, but it is not bad that you have to deal with 2 organizations.
Roompot Nieuwvliet was not really nice houses dirty staff pool unfriendly and shop staff who do not speak Dutch.
THE LUXURY HOUSE FOR 8 PEOPLE WAS EXCELLENT. SURROUNDINGS IS ENCHANTING. THE SAUNA, JUST LARGE ENOUGH FOR 1 PERSON WITHOUT BURNING YOU, HAS NOT BEEN USED. BEEN AT THE RECEPTION FOR THE CUTLERY: 3 TEASPONS, 10 COFFEE CUPS A BROKEN GLASS IN THE KITCHEN WOULD BE REPLACED. NO ONE SEEN. THE STORAGE LOCK DID NOT WORK. WAS ONLY TO CLOSE WITH THE KEY. AWESOME WHEN YOU'RE WITH MORE. WOULD BE REPAIRED: NO ONE SEEN, MISSED OPPORTUNITY. THE ADMINISTRATIVE WORK WITH 3 PARTIES (BELVILLA, ROOMPOT AND HOLIDAY SERVICES) IS Clumsy AND INCONVENIENT.
A very nice fairly new house in a beautiful (new) park. The location is also really great, you can walk straight from the park onto the dike to go to the sea!
