Description
The modern, luxury Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort is still under construction.
Three types of detached, modern villas have recently been added to what we offer.
For example, there is a six-person villa (NL-4505-36) with one bedroom and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
There is also a ten-person villa (NL-4504-37). This variant features one bedroom and one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are four more bedrooms, one of which with TV. There are are also two bathrooms, one of which with it's infrared sauna and shower, and one with bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. There is parking for three cars, right beside the villa.
Finally, there is the 16-person thatched villa (NL-4504-38). This villa features two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has a TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are five more bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which with a bathtub and two with shower. You have two separate toilets and a pleasant infrared sauna on this floor, as well. There is parking for four cars, right by the villa.
All villas are modern, comfortable and fully furnished. In the living room with underfloor heating, you have access to a smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. You can find a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer there. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. On the ground floor, there is a separate toilet. You can use WiFi for free in all of the villas. A storage room with washing machine and dryer and a garden with (covered) terrace and garden furniture tie everything together.
At Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, you can rent various accommodations for groups from 4 to 16 people.
The swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from Monday 1 December 2025 until Friday 5 December 2025 at 15:00.

Basically the stay was good. However, we had a 1.2 km walk to the exit of the park, so it was almost 2 km to the beach and less than 500 m. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. We were in the park 2 years ago, but much closer to the exit and it wasn't that clean there either. So if you're expecting a really clean house, you've come to the wrong place. The beds are way too soft, so that you get a lot of back pain. But other than that it was fine. The facilities are ok and the gardens are quite large. The park definitely has a lot to offer for families with children. What is also nice is that there are many poop bag dispensers distributed throughout the park so that you are never in a fix if the dog goes where it shouldn't. But Zeeland is very advanced there anyway. We got something to eat from the snack bar once and weren't too impressed. Conclusion: for the price, we actually expect a clean house and much more comfortable beds, otherwise it was ok. But we've stayed in better and cleaner vacation homes.

Nice and clean house. Large fenced garden for our dog. And ordered delicious pizza via the QR code in our holiday home. Our dog loved the beach.

The house was very nice, neat and clean. What is missing is a shelf on the washbasin in the bathroom for creams, toothbrushes, etc. And, it's a shame that there was only one Nespresso machine for coffee. We hardly noticed anything from the construction work on the main house. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.
The dirty laundry was still there. Two beds were not collected. Our beds were not made. Dishwasher was not emptied. Trash bins either. There were still a few dirty socks from previous residents. Vacuuming had not happened either. And the crumbs from breakfast were still on the table. There were also food items in the cupboard. We immediately called the front desk and were helped very quickly but it would have been nicer to step into a neat bungalow.
