The flat is really modern and very well decorated, We really enjoyed the location and overall, we would recommend the place, Some improvements that would be nice and that travelers should be aware of before booking: 1, There is only one bath towel/hand towel provided per guest and with the washer/dryer combo unit taking a long time to finish cycles, it would have been nice to have at least two sets of towels per guest for a multiple day stay, 2, While there is a dispenser for hand soap in the toilet, it was empty and there was no hand soap provided in the bathrooms or kitchen, Not a big deal, just remember to bring or purchase hand soap if needed, 3, There is only one small trash can under the kitchen sink and a tiny wastebasket in the toilet, For multiple day stays, the trash can can fill up quickly, There weren’t any extra trash bags provided so plan accordingly, 4, Bring shampoo/conditioner as there is none provided, 5, Buy/bring extra paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper as there is not enough provided,
Ce magnifique appartement était incroyable, Il est très bien situé, à deux pas de Bastille, Il y a deux chambres et deux salles de bains séparées, une en mezzanine et une autre en bas, Il est spacieux pour mon ami et moi, mais pourrait également convenir à une petite famille où les enfants prennent une chambre et les parents prennent l'autre, La cuisine est fonctionnelle et le réfrigérateur est petit selon les normes américaines mais grand selon les normes européennes, L'appartement est magnifique, avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle et une disposition bien pensée, C'était très propre, bien qu'il y ait eu une légère usure sur les tapis clairs, Les lits étaient confortables et la terrasse était adorable, Nous avons eu un peu de mal à faire fonctionner le chauffage, mais les propriétaires sont venus et l'ont allumé pour nous très rapidement, Dans l'ensemble, c'était un excellent séjour et je reviendrais certainement !

This apartment is very spacious for Paris, It is conveniently located next to the Bastille metro station, making it easy to get around, and there are many great restaurants at various price points nearby, The seating is very comfortable for everyone, The staff at Studio Prestige were very communicative and assisted us with early check-in and heating issues, The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were newly renovated,

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The phone provided was very useful, The location was clean, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, We felt very comfortable during our stay and would definitely come back!
