The property boasts three inviting bedrooms. The ground floor features a master bedroom with a double box spring bed and ample wardrobe space. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with two single box spring beds and plenty of storage. The modern bathroom includes a washbasin, shower, and a second toilet, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.

Enjoy the enclosed sunny garden, where you can bask in the sun or retreat to a shaded terrace for relaxation.
