This compact holiday home is in a perfect location between the mountains and the lake in Bodensdorf am Ossiacher See. Here friends and families can unwind and take advantage of the wide range of leisure activities in the region.
Bodensdorf is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, water sports, swimming or simply walks around Lake Ossiach. In winter, on the other hand, the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area awaits you. If you like it cozy and dignified, the small town offers nice cafes and restaurants and there is also plenty of nightlife. Shops can be found in the nearby town center.
The house, comfortably furnished with lots of wood, extends over the ground floor and 1st floor. It has a pretty kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, a friendly bathroom and a garden with a barbecue area. You can park on site.

Dit vakantiehuis is een verborgen juweeltje! Het houten meubilair geeft het een warme, rustieke charme, We voelden ons meteen thuis, Bovendien maakte de nabijheid van het skigebied onze winteruitje nog beter, Zeer aan te bevelen!
We hadden een fantastische verblijf in het vakantiehuis in Bodensdorf! De locatie is simpelweg prachtig, genesteld tussen de bergen en het meer, We genoten van wandelen gedurende de dag en ontspannen bij de barbecue in de avond, Het huis zelf was gezellig, goed ingericht met houten accenten en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf, De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en lieten ons ons meteen thuis voelen, Ik kan deze plek niet genoeg aanbevelen voor gezinnen of vriendengroepen die willen ontspannen en de prachtige omgeving willen verkennen!
Dit vakantiehuis overtrof onze verwachtingen! Het was ruim genoeg voor twee gezinnen, en de aparte badkamer en wc werden gewaardeerd, De nabijgelegen attracties boden veel te doen, wat het een plezierig verblijf maakte

This holiday home is a whole vibe! Chill location by the lake, perfect for catching sunsets and those Insta pics, The kitchen's got everything for late-night snacks, and the garden setup is great for BBQs with friends, No cap, would def come back!
Really nice house, spacious enough for our group of friends, The owner was welcoming and made us feel at home, The furniture had a nice rustic feel, and we loved chilling in the garden, It was also close to some fun places like the KärntenTherme and a zoo, Overall, a great value for money!
