The accommodation is very pleasant and completely renovated in an old building, offering all the necessary comfort and a modern design, The communications with the owner are fluid and he responds quickly, It should be noted for some people that the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, which could be the only drawback of this rental, However, once inside, the experience is comparable to that of a good hotel, with more independence: towels, welcome products, cleanliness, layout of the rooms (each room has its own bathroom, thus offering more privacy), the major asset being the great calm (large windows overlooking the courtyard), while being located a few minutes walk from the Gare de Lyon and therefore in the immediate vicinity of public transport, To try,,,and to renew!

The layout is nice, the apartment is very well connected and offers plenty of space, Unfortunately there is only one set of keys and no intercom, so it is not practical for multiple travelers since it is on the 4th floor with quite steep stairs,
The apartment was very clean, spacious and quiet, with a view of the inner courtyard, As stated, all necessary utensils were available, The bathroom, which was integrated into one of the rooms (separate toilet), was perhaps not entirely practical (no mirror, very open, hardly a shower wall), and the sockets integrated into the back walls of the beds seemed to be provisionally installed, Nevertheless, we felt comfortable in the apartment overall, Despite the proximity to the train station (very convenient), the apartment is very quiet, Check-in with key collection at a nearby hotel could be easier, but it is doable, The apartment is deep in the "back building" and access is somewhat difficult due to passing through several grille doors (each with a code), The fourth floor must be reached without an elevator, All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!
