The place is centrally located and offers great value with its two double beds and pair of bathrooms, The bathrooms and kitchen were in excellent condition, recently refurbished and clean, The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, especially when my international flight was cancelled, I appreciated their prompt responses, even when I had queries upon my arrival, There were a few minor issues that needed addressing, but they were very receptive to feedback, The couch cover, for instance, was stained from a previous guest's stay, but they had already scheduled cleaning for it, Despite this, my arrival experience wasn't perfect, Nonetheless, considering the location in the heart of Paris and next to the Réaumur-Sébastopol Metro, it's a fantastic bargain, Just a heads up, you might hear the metro slightly as it is nearby, but it didn't interrupt our sleep, Being this close was worth it, especially during rainy days!

The place was exceptionally clean and the check-in process was smooth, It's situated in a wonderful location surrounded by restaurants and bakeries, However, I faced a few issues during my stay like slow drainage in the main bathroom and water splashing out in the guest bathroom shower area,
