Very good location, adequate supplies and good checkin information. However, upon arrival the large whole apartment air conditioner did not work. It only produced hot air and made it worse. Tried calling all 3 contact numbers but didn’t get thru. Called Expedia and spoke wit agent. They contacted checkmyguest. Check my guest contacted me via WhatsApp me to see what was wrong … I responded with the Ari conditioning not working and additional fan did not work .. then … nothing … no one got back to me! It was really hot and we paid extra to get a location with air. No contact, no apology , just hot air ! I have an Airbnb unit and would never treat a guest this way .

The location of the unit is nice and the apartment itself is simple but clean. Outside of that we had a really bad experience. We arrived during the heat wave and only one of the fans was working. We weren’t able to get a hold of anyone until the second day and even then there was not a remedy. We ended up needing to find a different accomodation to cope with the heat since the open windows and single fan were not doing it in this apartment. So we ended up only staying 1 out of the 4 nights that we had booked. It made it our trip very stressful and felt unsupported by Belvilla and the hosts. Also the smart TV did not connect to the internet.

The apartment had all necessary essentials and good heating, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.

Internet never worked. Air conditioning units were locked. Contacted many times and they replied but new information still did not work and we gave up. Apartment was fine inside once we aired it out, very old and decrepit stairwell and door. Location was great very busy and walkable to a lot of things .

Our unit was clean and comfortable. We would have liked more toilet paper. We ran out in 2 days. No towels for cleaning and drying the dishes. Noise was a problem from the street. Made it impossible to sleep with windows open and then it got too warm with the windows closed. Overall I would recommend it for convenience to the Metro and its location.

Great location, great response from checkmyguest when required, only downsides were the renovations taking place on the floor below and lack of soundproofing in the bathroom!

The apartment was well situated. There were restaurants and stores close by as well as several metro lines. The hosts were communicative and sent a plumber when there was a leak in the sink. It only took an hour to repair and it was during some down time so we were glad it got fixed. The apartment doesn't have much charm but it does have great potential. We had everything we needed and there were fans as well as space heaters. The twin beds were a bit uncomfortable and creaky but we got used to it. Great shower. We did think there should be a link to the TV manual and the oven. We were able to use the oven but the TV never came on despite new batteries for both remotes.

The apartment was spacious and as advertised. The location is excellent with lots to see and do nearby, the metro is close and there are plenty of shopping options for all of your needs. The street is busy and there was construction but this did not bother us. The stairs can be hard to manage if you have any mobility issues but it was not a problem for us. We found everything clean but the quality of the furniture is a little subpar (all IKEA), still for the amount of time that we were there, we were comfortable. The management was communicative and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Its great for a larger family or small group.

We, a group of five, were generally satisfied with the accommodation, The photographs were an accurate representation of the property, from appearance to cleanliness, Everyone had their individual sleeping arrangements, and even the two sofas in the living room were suitable for sleeping, albeit a bit stained, However, there were no curtains in the living room to shield against sunlight, We didn't utilize the kitchen, but it appeared to have some utensils and the refrigerator and freezer were spacious, Although we never directly interacted with anyone, the check-in instructions were concise and we received a number of (presumably) automated messages, Overall, I would endorse this accommodation,

Since it was our first visit to Europe, nobody was willing to assist us in locating the number, The neighbors claimed they were unaware, Eventually, after crossing the street, we noticed the high numbers and identified the building number, Additionally, each room could benefit from more powerful fans, Hailing from Los Angeles, I required more ventilation, The temperature was slightly uncomfortable for me, Due to the absence of air conditioning in the unit, I had to sleep in the living room, Nevertheless, the location was fantastic! Restaurants and bars are just 100 feet away! If you are seeking a vibrant nightlife and entertainment, this is an ideal spot

With restaurants and bars just 100 feet away, it's a great spot for those looking to have fun and stay out late,

The apartment was fantastic and is located on the second floor of a bustling street, with a delightful mix of local cafes, shops, and the typical Parisian charm, There is a subway station less than 30 seconds away from the apartment and plenty of nearby attractions that can all be reached on foot within 15-20 minutes, such as the Louvre, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Palais Garnier, and Gare du Nord Train Station, The apartment exudes a classic Parisian atmosphere with large French balcony windows in every bedroom and living room, The rooms are spacious and clean, the only downside being that the bathroom lacks a sink, requiring you to walk to the shower room to wash your hands, The host (Joffrey) is exceptional and very responsive, promptly resolving any issues, Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend the apartment, and would definitely book it again if I were to visit Paris,

Thank you very much for our stay in Paris, Conveniently located near Le Marais, with plenty of shopping, dining, and bar options nearby, close to a metro station, the apartment was clean (and the heaters were working perfectly which was necessary in this late winter season), The wifi was working well, which is always a plus, The master bedroom and living room face the main busy street, but it is generally quiet at night, The owner is very responsive in case of any questions,

A beautifully maintained apartment, Gorgeous white towels and fully equipped for our stay, The area is bustling but benefits from a supermarket and bakery across the street, with restaurants and other shops in close proximity, Just a minute away from the Rue Reamur exit of metro line 4 Sebastopol Reamur, providing convenient access from Gare du Nord, Any issues with the WiFi code were promptly resolved, We will surely choose to stay here again,

Such a fantastic location! The apartment is situated in a really cool old building, up two flights of stairs, Everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips, There's a Monoprix store on the corner, a bar and a bakery right across the street, You'll find restaurants, vintage shops, and even a sandwich shop next door, It truly offers an authentic Parisian experience, We strolled to Montmartre in around thirty minutes and it only took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Louvre, Some reviews mentioned noise from traffic, but it's a small price to pay for being right in the heart of everything, We didn't even notice the noise, and with everything closing early, we were able to get a good night's rest, The apartment was cozy and warm with soft, clean sheets to relax in at the end of the day, Although the WiFi wasn't working, the host was quick to respond and did his best to help us, He even connected us to one of his other apartments, Just keep in mind that there is no safe, I recommended they install one,

The location was ideal, near everything, We pretty much walked everywhere, The subway station was right next to the apartment as well, The apartment was quite roomy for 4 people, and we had a fantastic holiday in Paris,
