BOILEAU

Good location, nice apartment WiFi very unreliable Dishwasher not functioning properly, oven display broken Only a single key handed out - not sufficient since the intercom was broken Too few lights, too dim at night

Overall, we had a good experience. We came for Roland Garros. The neighborhood is quiet, very relaxed and close to the stadium. One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment does not have air conditioning or fans. During our stay, Paris was experiencing an intense heatwave, which made the apartment quite warm. We noticed what appeared to be a portable AC unit stored in the closet and reached out to the host to see if it could be installed, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. Communication with hosts could 100% be improved - I also tried to request an early check in through email, and was redirected to 2 different Whatsapp numbers.

Exploring Paris alone felt safe from this location. Coming back to such a lovely space after long days out really enhanced my experience.

Value-wise, this place is solid for anyone on a budget. It’s spacious enough for friends but doesn't break the bank at all.

Staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay. Having reliable amenities made everything comfortable. I appreciated that cleanliness was prioritized throughout my visit, little details mattered.

We loved our stay here! The comfy queen bed and cozy living room made our evenings so nice. Plus, having a kitchen meant we could prepare breakfast together each day.

We explored the nearby museums during our family trip, which was easy with public transport close by. The comfortable living space helped us save on meals, too. Overall, it fit our family's needs well.
