The spacious 150 m² layout includes four bedrooms spread across two floors. Downstairs, you'll find one double bedroom with separate mattresses and another with two single beds. Upstairs offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, plus an additional room with two single beds. Two stylish bathrooms include a walk-in shower and a hot tub.
Designed with families in mind, it features underfloor heating, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, a spacious terrace, a covered patio, and even a built-in sauna. The child-friendly extras—fenced garden, stair gate, shielded outlets, cot, high chair, and wagon—make it perfect for little adventurers.

Geweldige villa! Super schoon en comfortabel, De sauna is een leuke toevoeging na een lange dag, Perfect voor een gezinsuitje
Net terug van een gezinsvakantie in deze villa, Het was schoon en goed uitgerust, maar het beste deel was het buitenterras, We hebben elke avond buiten doorgebracht, omringd door de natuur, Bovendien was het dichtbij enkele leuke eetgelegenheden
Geweldige locatie om Limburg te verkennen, De nabijgelegen Sint Petrusmolen was charmant, en de villa zelf was goed uitgerust en schoon
We hebben een geweldige week hier doorgebracht met onze grootouders, De indeling van de villa maakte het gemakkelijk voor iedereen om zijn eigen ruimte te hebben, De sauna was een hoogtepunt voor ons allemaal, en de rustige omgeving zorgde voor een ontspannen verblijf, Zou zeker terugkomen!
The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, It was well-maintained and the garden was lovely, We didn't have any complaints, though a little more information about local attractions would have been helpful
