The value for money was not satisfactory, The accommodation was more cramped and smaller than suggested by the photos, The directions to acquire the keys were incorrect, and we were even requested to stay indoors instead of sightseeing the city, to accommodate someone who was supposed to repair one of the beds, This was not how we intended to utilize our brief stay in Paris,

We managed to book this apartment as our second choice four days before our arrival in Paris after our previous one was cancelled, and I can never thank them enough for this twist of fate :) The apartment is located in one of the best areas of the city in terms of accessibility, leisure options, supermarkets, bars, shops, etc. However, the street is very quiet, comfortable and intimate. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious for four people, with everything you need. It is in perfect condition and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, perfect for a good rest. Choosing it for our trip was a great success. We will definitely be back!!!

This was an ideal rental for us, three friends revisiting Paris, The proximity to Metro stations, numerous cafes, restaurants was a big plus, It was comfortably distant from the bustling tourist areas, yet it felt safe and provided easy access to those areas when required, A piece of advice if you plan to book: There is an abundance of extra linens and towels, which was a delightful surprise! However, there was a shortage of shower soap and toilet paper, so we suggest stocking up on the first day to avoid inconvenience later, The apartment is located just to the left of the door marked with the number 57, It's easy to locate once you know, We initially tried the wrong door, so this tip might save you some time, The arrangement of 1 bath, 1 shower, 1 toilet was perfect for a rental, We didn't use the pullout couch, but the space was sufficient, The fridge, dishwasher etc, were excellent, The place met all our needs and we highly recommend it!
