The flat is located on the first floor of a 19th-century Tuscan residence, just a few kilometres from the historical centre of Arezzo, which can be easily reached by car or by train, given the proximity of the facilities to a local station that leads directly to the central railway station. Given the central location of our town, and being 6 km from the motorway, you can reach Florence in an hour, Rome and Bologna in two hours, the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian seas are reachable in two hours. We are also central for being able to visit our four valleys rich in history and surrounded by nature.
