The house is on the edge of a small hameau, at the end of a cul-de-sac, so extremely quiet. Views over rolling hills and walnut groves.

Perfectly located between the Dordogne and Lot rivers, with beautiful authentic towns, such as medieval Monpazier and Belves. The landscape is very varied, with the rugged rocks on the Dordogne River, the forests around Villefranche du Périgord and the vineyards of Cahors.
Many markets to visit, wander the small streets and indulge in a good glass on a typical terrace. There are many festivities and food markets in the summer months, so there is something for everyone
